Room Reservations

Policies:

Reservations are highly recommended at our inn.
Deposits- A deposit of one night's rate for each room is required to confirm a reservation. Deposits may be made in cash, personal check or credit card.
Cancellation- A deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 10 days prior to the reservation date. If less than 10 days notice is received, a refund is dependent on the room being rebooked. Cancellations must be made by speaking with the innkeeper or by e-mail. Cancellation policy also applies to Barter Theatre Tickets.
Minimum stays are required during holidays, Nascar Race, Highlands Festival and special events.
To reserve a room, telephone us toll-free at 800-668-5905 so that room availability can be verified. Your reservation will be confirmed with a credit card or receipt of personal check. We will then send you a e-mail or written confirmation via U.S. mail.
Using our Room Availability Calendar, on-line, you can request the guestroom of your choice and use the secure server to send credit card information. We will confirm your reservation request via e-mail.

Innformation:
   •   Deposit- A deposit of one night's rate is required for a confirmed reservation
   •   Payment- The Summerfield Inn accepts VISA, Master Card, and AMEX credit
        cards, personal checks, traveler's checks, and cash.
   •   Check-In is between 4-6 P.M., unless other arrangements are made.
   •   Check-Out is 11 A.M.
   •   A Full-Breakfast is served in the dining rooms from 8:30-9 A.M.
   •   Refreshments- Served in the afternoon or evening.
   •   Telephones are available in all rooms.
   •   Fax and copier on premises.
   •   Wireless- High-speed Internet 
   •   Data Jack- Dial-up Internet.
   •   Non-Smoking Inn- Smoking is limited to the covered porch and grounds.
   •   Guest Butler Pantries in the Main House and Carriage House. Refrigerators are
        available for guest use.
   •   Bicycle storage available.
   •   Our Inn is designed with adults in mind. However, children over 12 are welcome. 
        Regretfully, pets are not permitted.
   •   Room Rates are $170 - $200 plus tax (12.3%), based on double occupancy. 
        Additional person charge of $50. Rates are subject to change. On weekends 
        and special events, 2-night minimums apply to most rooms from April to December.
   •   Corporate Rates (20% discount) available weekdays (Sunday-Thursday) with the
        exception of special event periods and are based on single occupancy.
   •   Gift Certificates are available.
